Why We Built This Site
Michigan offers several public access routes, yet no single office holds the whole Mackinac County record. The county contact directory separates local offices, including probation and parole contacts. The jail creates booking files, while the 92nd District Court and 11th Circuit Court keep their own dockets and case documents. Michigan State Police, Criminal Justice Information Center maintains reportable statewide history through ICHAT. MDOC operates OTIS, and Michigan State Police also manages the Michigan Public Sex Offender Registry.
